Welcome to MPS (Mobile Petrol Station). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our fuel delivery services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description
MPS provides fuel delivery services to customers in Lagos, Nigeria. Our services include the delivery of petrol or diesel to any specified location within our operational area.

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration
Account Creation: You may need to create an account to use certain features of our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account                                 

4. Ordering and Delivery
Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through our mobile app. You agree to provide accurate information about the delivery location and fuel type required.
Delivery Times: We strive to deliver fuel within the estimated delivery times provided. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Access and Safety: You agree to provide safe and accessible delivery locations. MPS reserves the right to refuse delivery if the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: Prices for fuel and delivery services are provided at the time of ordering and are subject to change. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
Payment Methods: We offer our customers with fast and secure payment gateway that are reliable for payment transactions. We DO NOT accept cash payment. Payment must be made through our mobile app at the time you place your order.

6. Liability and Disclaimers
Service Disruption: MPS is not liable for any service disruptions or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or regulatory restrictions.
Fuel Quality: We ensure the quality of the fuel delivered. However, MPS is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the use of our fuel if it is due to factors beyond our control, such as improper handling by the customer.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, MPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services.

7. User Conduct
Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services, or that is harmful, fraudulent, or illegal.

8. Modifications to Terms
MPS reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or app. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through negotiations in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
