REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At MPS (Mobile Petrol Station), we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our customers while also covering the operational costs of preparing and dispatching fuel deliveries. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and associated fees.
1. Cancellation Timeframe
Cancellation Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel their orders without any charges if the cancellation is made before the fuel has been dispatched from our facility.
Cancellation After Dispatch: If the cancellation is made after the fuel has been dispatched, the delivery fee becomes non-refundable.
2. How to Cancel
Mobile App: You can cancel your order through the MPS mobile app by accessing your order history, go under Scheduled tab and select the cancel order.
Customer Service: You can also cancel your order by contacting our customer service at support@mpsenergies.com.
3. MPS Cancellation Triggers
Unreachable: If the delivery team arrives at your location and is unable to reach you via phone or app communication within 10 minutes, the order may be cancelled, and the delivery fee will not be refunded.
Inaccessible Location: If your location is physically inaccessible such as due to a locked gate, no safe parking area, or lack of clear directions, the delivery may be cancelled, and the delivery fee will not be refunded.
Unsafe Behaviour or Environment: If the delivery environment is deemed unsafe for fuel dispensing such as smoking, use of mobile devices around the delivery area, children around the delivery area, open flames, crowding, aggressive behaviour or any other unsafe practise, the MPS team has the right to cancel the order, and the delivery fee will not be refunded.
4. Refunds
Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order before the fuel has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. Refunds are ONLY added as a credit into your wallet, and it can be used during your next order
After Dispatch: If you cancel your order after the fuel has been dispatched, the delivery fee becomes non-refundable. The remaining amount will added as a credit into your wallet.
5. Exceptions
Force Majeure: In cases of unavoidable events or circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, severe weather, or government restrictions), we reserve the right to waive any charges at our discretion.
MPS Error: If the cancellation is due to an error on the part of MPS (e.g., incorrect delivery, wrong fuel type), a full refund will be issued as a credit to your wallet.
6. Disputes
If you have any concerns, please contact our customer support team at support@mpsenergies.com. Claims will be reviewed on a case by case basis and will be resolved accordingly.
7. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
MPS reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or app notification.
